PT Transjakarta Opens Three New Routes

PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) opens three new routes for mikrotrans from 45 becomes 48 routes, Thursday (8/15).

We do this to optimize public service widely in Jakarta

Transjakarta Corporate Secretary & Public Relations Division Head, Nadia Diposanjoyo said those routes are Jak 8 (Roxi-Benhil), Jak 72 (Kampung Rambutan-Jalan Suci) and Jak 36 (Jalan Raya Bogot-Cilangkap).

"We do this to optimize public service widely in Jakarta," he expressed.

Here are three new routes of mikrotrans that you need to know: 

1. Mikrotrans Jak 08 will serve Karet Bivak Public Cemetery, Public Works Irrigation Office, Tanah Abang Tax Office, Jalan PAM Jaya, Mess Polwan, Jalan D. Singkorak, Jalan Mutiara, Mintoharjo Navy Hospital, Jalan Bendungan Hilir IV, Pospol Benhil, junction of Bendungan Jati luhur and Jalan Bendungan Hilir V

Then the vehicle will turn from Benhil Police Station, Jalan Bendungan Hilir IV, Mintoharjo Navy Hospital, Jalan Mutiara, Jalan P Singkarak, Mess Polwan, Jalan PAM Jaya, PAM Jaya Mosque, Tanah Abang Tax Office, Tanah Abang Sector Police until Karet Bivak Public Cemetery. 

2. Jak 72 (Kampung Rambutan-Jalan Suci Ciracas) will serve Kampung Rambutan Terminal until Jalan Suci through track of Kampung Rambutan Terminal, Jalan Bungur, Jalan Raya Ciracas, Jalan Poncol, Jalan H Baping, Jalan Suci (Mayasari) and return to the starting point.

3. Jak 36 will serve Jalan Raya Bogor towards Cilangkap, intersection of Jalan Masjid Al Ikhsan, Jalan Pondok Gede, Jalan Taman Mini Pintu I, Jalan Raya Mabes Hankam, Jalan Ceger, Jalan Bina Marga, Jalan Raya Cilangkap and turn to the same route and return to the starting point.

"We have 30 units for Jak 72 and 15 units for Jak 36 in order to carry 2,000 passengers every day. They will operate at 5 AM-10 PM and 9 AM-10 PM on certain religious holidays," she stated.
